Real Priorities

It happened again. I found myself battling with a mess of to-do lists and post-it notes. As I struggled the other night to establish my priorities, I had the idea to write down each of my areas of responsibility on an index card so I could lay them

out on a table and allow my visual mind to see it all at once. After 30 minutes I had “narrowed down” my responsibilities to 14 cards.
