David & Donna Blanchard

VCH Founders, David and Donna have been in full-time ministry since 1979. They have been married for 30 years and have three grown children. They founded VCH in 1992 with the vision of One Million Bibles/One Million Souls. They have raised up evangelists in Mexico, Cuba and El Salvador. They are the directors of the International Harvesters Institute in Nuevo Laredo, where they are discipling and preparing the next generation to complete the great commission.

Missionaries to Mexico

Bob Gabelman

Bob joined VCH in January of 2004. Bob’s responsibilities with VCH are: Mission Trip Director, U.S. Internship and Missionary Training Program Director, IHI Instructor, Invasion Conference Trainer, and IHI Facilities Electrician – as well as a host of secondary responsibilities. Bob teaches World Mission classes during the week in the day and night classes at IHI, preparing a worldwide missions force from Mexico to go to the ends of the earth.

Josh & Esme Haver

Joshua & Esmeralda, along with their two daughters–Ketziah & Ariella–live in Nuevo Laredo at the International Harvesters’ Institute. They are the assistant directors of the Bible School. They teach classes, oversee the students, minister to the leaders, etc. They are also involved in the different mission trips & INVASION conferences that VCH holds.

Jenny Lairson

Jenny has been a missionary with VCH since 2010. She is the English teacher, Student Sponsorship & Fundraising Coordinator, and serves as co-pastor in the girls’ dormitory at the Bible School. Jenny desires to raise up Mexican nationals and send them to the nations.

Steve Gregoire

Stephan studied at the International Harvesters’ Institute as a Missionary-in-Training and stayed on to serve in the multimedia department. He does graphics, web design, photography, etc. and is helping lead a new youth outreach in the city.

Missionaries to Central America

Marlana Nelson (El Salvador)

Marlana has been a missionary to Latin America since 2001 and has worked with VCH since 2002. She has always worked towards the goal to train, equip, and multiply the heart of evangelism in the hearts of the nationals where ever she lives. She has been living in El Salvador since 2009, helping the local pastors and churches develop effective evangelism to affect their neighborhoods, cities, and ultimately the generations to come.

Missionaries to Asia

Becky Blanchard

Becky is the eldest of the Blanchard children. She grew up on the mission field and worked in the VCH offices part-time during her high school years. She graduated from Christ for the Nations Institute in 2003 and joined VCH full-time. Becky developed the children’s curriculum that we currently teach at the Institute. She helped local youth groups in Laredo, Texas gather for city-wide outreaches by raising up a para-church organization called “Laredo Youth Net”. In 2009 Becky began to fulfill a lifelong call to Asia. She is currently living in Hong Kong where she is based, and is the International Victory Bible Institute Coordinator for Asia. She is also on staff at a local church in Hong Kong called “Sky City Church” where she heads up local and international outreaches.
