Victorious Christian Harvesters is a Latin American Ministry with a focus to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ world-wide. Founded in April of 1992 by David and Donna Blanchard, VCH is celebrating it’s 20th anniversary in 2012.  The U.S. offices are located in Laredo, Texas and the International offices are across the border in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.  The International Harvesters Institute began in September of 2001.  This evangelistic, ministerial training center is in its 10th year of training nationals to become dynamic and effective ministers. VCH has a five-fold strategy pursuing the God-given vision of  One Million Bibles/One Million Souls.  This five-fold strategy includes:

  1. Training Nationals
  2. Equipping Harvesters
  3. Gospel Distribution
  4. Church Planting
  5. Mission Trips

VCH has seen 597,845 salvation professions of faith, and more are being added to the Kingdom of God each day through evangelistic outreaches in cities, towns, villages and in rural areas throughout Latin America.  The VCH vision is being accomplished by training nationals through the International Harvesters Institute, and by training American students through the Missionary Training Program.  The IHI graduates are equipping other nationals to form church evangelism teams throughout the nations – to win souls, make disciples, strengthen and plant churches, and to multiply the strategy everywhere that God opens the door.  Multiplication in the harvest fields has increased exponentially since we began our mass evangelism training seminars and outreaches  called “INVASIONS”.  Currently, VCH is ministering full-time in Mexico, Cuba and El Salvador.  The Blanchard’s oldest daughter is also a full-time missionary in Asia.
